Very friendly staff. Well maintained property. Would be nice if long term residents park in their space and not on the road. The half mile road is a little rough.

Thanks Rhonda for the great pull through spot 29, easy in and out while I was traveling west. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Just off I-10 easy access.

Concrete site was covered in cut grass inches thick- stuck to everything – could have blown off site and surrounding areas, other than that was nice – update ! Someone showed up to blow off our site just after posting !!! Thank you ! Will change to 5!

Great place. Quiet and relaxing. Friendly staff. If you want a place where you can relax after work or just to get away, this is the place. The ducks are the loudest neighbors you will have.

I have my RV parked here, and the staff was very helpful and kind. This is a great and safe place, very good location. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

We had a pleasant stay! Read a review about the trains being loud so we were a little concerned. During our weeks stay we only heard them a few times during the day, never woke us up at night. The ladies in the office were helpful and friendly. We were relocated to a site along the lake which was much appreciated. My husband enjoyed some fishing and caught a few bass. It was a nice week!
